Customer Success Advisor
Role overview:
As a Customer Success Advisor, you will be responsible for managing MPM key accounts in Belgium, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Your primary focus will be on spare part distributors and workshops, promoting our products, educating account managers and mechanics on our unique value proposition and fostering strong relationships to maximize customer success, sales and brand adoption.

Key responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Develop & maintain relationships with distributors in the assigned region.
- Monitor account health, addressing concerns, and driving customer success through high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with distributors to optimize stock levels and product visibility.
- Keep account details up to date.
Business Development:
- Develop strategies to increase market share, revenue & profitability.
- Prepare & execute the Key Account Plan along the MPM sales playbook and expand the MPM Oil Specialist network.
- Identify & pursue opportunities for business expansion within the region.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competition & customer needs.
Customer Success Education:
- Implement educational initiatives and value selling to empower workshops and distributors on the benefits of our unique offering (features, range, usage, services, brand – “Made to measure oil advice”).
- Execute marketing & growth campaigns.
Customer Success Reporting:
- Prepare agenda and visit reports.
- Follow & analyze sales trends.
- Adapt action plans to achieve targets.
- Report on sales KPIs and activities.
Key responsibilities cont’d:
Brand Advocacy:
- Cultivate brand loyalty among spare part distributors and workshops.
- Monitor and report competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Organize and execute (multi-day) Sales events, launches and product presentations for account managers, sales colleagues, and prospects with the aim of achieving sales targets.
Key and desired skills:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and customer success, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of lubricants and chemicals in the automotive sector.
- Experience in delivering training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good Dutch & French language skills. (English language skills advantageous).

- MPM Lubricants team in the Netherlands (Sales Enablement and Marketing Teams, Product Development Team, Customer Success Support Team)
- Sales Teams in the LKQ entities in the Netherlands, Belgium and France

- Spare Part Distributors

- Key Decision Makers and Mechanics at Customer Organizations

Mobility: This role requires frequent travel within the assigned region and occasionally within Europe.
